Sikh Art Exhibition – Mayor Of London

As in the previous 4 years, the Mayor of London supported by Hothi & Othi, provides a platform for Sikh artists to exhibit their work with up to 25,000 who attend the Vaisakhi London celebration, some exhibiting for the very first time.

In support of the UK wide GuruNanak550 campaign being run in 2019, this year we will be holding an art exhibition with the Mayor of London on the theme Guru Nanak’s 550 year anniversary on Trafalgar Square on April 27th 2019.

Artists who have works of art that are in theme to Guru Nanak’s 550th anniversary are asked to submit their work for review to exhibit:

  •  A maximum of 4 pieces of work per artist can be submitted
  • The cut-off date for submission is February 28th (6 weeks from now)
  • Provide a short piece of text (no more than 2 sentences) about each piece of work as well as no more than 2 paragraphs background about yourself as an artist
  • All submissions are to be sent to manrajothi.vaisakhilondon@gmail.com by the submission date
  • All submissions will then be reviewed and shortlisted with those successful being contacted in regards to the exhibition
